This is long so I'll sum it up here: I definitely recommend buying. Now, if you feel like a good read, here's why...I'm an astrophotographer who loathes camera bags that never seem to have enough space, are shaped weird, or just "look" like a camera bag. I'm also a UL hiker. Even though that's not my reason for purchasing, I'll review some great features this pack has for that purpose as well. If you are a hiker trying to go ultralight and looking for an affordable pack this would be a great one to get you started. It did just arrive, so I can't speak to long-term durability, but it does feel well made at the stress points like seams and zippers. The material is thin but sturdy. While testing/reviewing I have 16lbs of camera gear loaded for reference.Inside:* The main compartment is a toggle/cinch closure and adds a nice amount of expandable space. In my pictures, I'm using the main compartment to hold 2 photography cubes - one with accessories and the other holding 3 lenses (including a 135mm f2 with hood which is pretty beefy and my nomad tracker), two lens adapters and my camera body. It has the perfect amount of space for the cubes to maintain their shape.* Inside elastic pocket I'm sure is intended for a hydration bladder, but will easily fit any tablet/MacAir/13-14" laptop.Top to bottom outside:* A good size zippered brain pocket (it isn't removable as a fanny though) that acts as the cover for the main pack compartment. Can easily fit a pack cover, lightweight rain gear, or any quick-grab items like snacks.* Carry loop handle is the same webbing material used for straps and waist belt. The anchor point stitching looks like it'll last a decent amount of time for a hiker - longer for a casual user.* The shoulder straps don't have load lifters, but they are comfortable on. I'm 5'5" and 140lbs, while wearing to distribute weight for shoulder/chest comfort plan to wear the chest strap wide. They're mid-level padded. For a 3-5 day hike I'd guess about 25lbs would be the weight limit before you'd really feel any cutting or digging in at neck or pits. Straps are mesh backed for breathability. Left strap has a reflective structured fabric loop for attachments, the right side has an elasticized loop.* The chest strap is adjustable at the strap points and for its own width. There is a whistle and an attachment loop where the Skysper logo is stitched on.* The waist belt is a simple black webbing strap that is adjustable on both sides, and (my favorite part!) removable! I always remove the waist belt from packs, but if you like the assist this one will probably offer minimal support before starting to dig in because it isn't padded.* The back open mesh has semi-rigid padding underneath* Each side has an elastic top 8"ish deep mesh pocket that a 1 liter water bottle would fit in, or a tripod using the left side lashing bungee.* Left front lashing bungee and 2 daisy chain attachment loops and lower loop for trekking poles/ice ax/tripod.* Front vertical zippered pocket (right side access) can also fit an iPad/tablet.I think this is going to be exactly what I need in a travel astrophotography bag. It fits everything I need it to fit with room to spare for a layer of clothes and day or two of food. For hikers, there are a lot of great features and space. I'm not sure why other reviewers are saying it only has enough room for a coat and lunch...maybe a wool peacoat and two 4 stack bento boxes! My entire kit with 3 days food is 26lbs and my UL pack is a 38L (7 year old custom waymark) that holds tent + poles/stakes/ground cover/rainfly, quilt, clothes, sleep pad, and extras bag. This Skysper pack holds ALL of that, and could still hold about 2 days worth of hiker food. SHOULD this pack hold all of those things if they are also not UL? No. I wouldn't push this pack past 25lbs if you want the seams and connection points to last more than 3 decent long section hikes or a year of weekly day hike use. That being said, I am not by any means easy on my packs - my current has been tossed over downed trees, slid down mountain sides, gone glissading, and survived four thru hikes and weekly 20+ mile hikes. I'd trust this pack to survive in the same way for at least one thru hike no problem. Water tape seal the zippers, spray it down with water resistant spray, hit it with some permitherin, and get to adventuring!

Buona capienza e leggerezza.

The bag is light and I like that. But the material is not as durable as it should be for an outdoor sport product. I used it for one day hike. It rubbed on boulders a couple of times during the hike. I was surprised and disappointed to find a few finger nail size holes after the hike. It is still useable I guess. But I didn't expect that.
