I bought these jars for my sourdough starter and they are perfect. The wide rim and straight sides make it really easy to scrape and mix in the starter whilst keeping the sides clean!

I use these for making sauerkraut and storing bone broths.They work really well for both use cases - for sauerkraut I don't use the rubber seals (you buy those separately) and I press down the lids with the metal clips (also bought separately). This enables the jars to burp, but keeps a good seal. About 700g of cabbage fits in each jar.For storing bone broth (or anything else you want in an airtight container) I really like the approach Weck take: add a rubber seal, use the metal clips and the jar will seal with the lid.They're also really easy to clean, and I believe they're made of non-toxic materials.I bought 6 originally but they've been so useful I've bought more since.

The jars are great. Really happy with them. The 5 stars are for the product.However, the package - which had a large hole in it (see photo) - was left outside a neighbour’s house. I suppose I should be grateful it was the next-door neighbour, because the part of the label showing the house number and most of my name had been torn off (no photo, for security reasons).

I used to use the 580ml for the mother starter but they often overflow when refreshed so purchased these. This size is more useful as it has room for the starter to grow. I now use this size for the mother and the 580ml for the starter to use on baking day.

Che dire, è un marchio di qualità, si va sul sicuro. I vasetti sono perfetti, bellissimi da vedere, estremamente versatili e perfetti per la vasocottura.

Barattoli con coperchio come da descrizione, le clip di chiusura con le guarnizioni vanno acquistate a parte.

Consegna puntuale come sempre però ho trovato 2 vasetti rotti su 6. Speravo ci fossero anche le guarnizioni. A non ci sono né quelle né le clips di ciusura

I vasi sono arrivati senza guarnizioni e senza ganci , quindi inutilizzabili
