Sono un cultore della cancelleria giapponese. Ho provato sia la Tombow Monograph che varie Uni Kuru Toga (Roulette e Advance), le Kuru Toga sono il massimo per il tratto. Scrivono sempre bene dato il loro sistema che ruota la mina ad ogni pressione della punta. Acquisto consigliatissimo.

Matita molto comoda, il fatto che la mina giro aiuta a non creare una punta fastidiosa. Colore non proprio come in foto ma nel complesso ottimo prodotto

Es muy cómodo, y la escritura siempre guarda su uniformidad. Tiene un muy bonito verde brillante. Es la segunda lapicera de esta marca que compro, ya no puedo usar otra.

A little bit pricey, but I've used these for a few years while doing my notes for college and I wouldn't use anything else. They're very well made and rotate the lead automatically to keep your writing sharp.

The next best Kuru Toga pencil you can get is the Roulette model: and it costs half as much as this one. Is this one worth the extra cash? Let's make a comparison.Let's start with the similarities:- Kuru Toga mechanism- Solid, metal clipAnd that's about it. These are very different pencils.Now the differences.The Advance has:- A sliding sleeve- A rotating system that is twice as fast- A wider, shorter eraser- A solid plastic body- An okay but small grip- Very nice color optionsThe Roulette has:- All metal body- Long, knurled gripKuru Toga certainly provides a better and more consistent line than one is used to with other mechanical pencils, but It's very clear that the original was tuned with Japanese students in mind, who use a lot more distinct strokes when writing than we do with the Latin alphabet, which means that it didn't work as well as it could with English. The Advance, however, provides the nice clean line that I always dreamed of getting from the Kuru Toga mechanism.The sliding sleeve on the advance works very well; it does not ruin you line, and makes the pencil pocket safe. The point that it makes may help the sleeve slide more easily as well.In terms of feel, the Roulette wins. That is why I still use it. As far as I know, metal trumps plastic every time. The Advance has a better line and a sliding sleeve that let you write for longer without pause, but the Roulette's grip is just way, way better. And even though the Advance is relatively fancier, it's not as professional looking.The eraser in the Advance is not functional. It's the typical "cap" eraser that you'd never use. It is very flimsy. The one on the Roulette is small, but purposely so. It is solid and long. You can tell it's meant to be used, albeit for small details. This is one of the reasons I see the Roulette as a graphing pencil. For both I use an external eraser when writing, but for small details or in a pinch the Roulette's is much better.All in all the Advance is a great pencil. I think it was worth my money, but it's a bit pricey. So depending on what you are looking for, you should consider the cheaper but excellent Roulette as well.
