I wanted a nice compact case for my Sony A6400. I wasn't worried about space for extra lenses but would be good if I could fit spare batteries in. This was perfect. I can easily fit the camera in with 16-50mm kit lens and although a bit more snug still perfect for with my 35mm lens fitted. I don't have the rubber eye piece on which would still fit with kit lens but maybe not the 35mm. The front pocket fits 2 spare batteries in. Although a little pricier than other bags the quality is extremely good, well padded and a great fit.

I bought a traditional camera case for my X-A5, which is fine and I will probably use sometimes, but it was larger than I would like, and leather isn't that rain resistant. What I wanted was a second case-- hopefully, the smallest possible case for this camera-- with better padding and better water protection, at least in an emergency, with the option of belt carry, which allows for a faster draw and less swinging and banging around when scrambling on easy hikes or wrangling dogs or babies or whatever. This is exactly what I was looking for-- the X-A5 with a 15:45 kit lens JUST BARELY fits, but it does without being too tight to allow you take it out fast (preferably with a wrist strap for the camera itself-- a neck strap with this case makes it more possible (though still unlikely) to accidentally hit the "on" button, extending the zoom when there's no room for it, and it's harder to extract the camera with a neck strap.) The rain bag is a nice touch-- definitely enough to keep my unsealed camera safe in most situations unless I fall off a boat or something. The case is very well designed, and is worthy paying $30-$40 bucks for IF its assets will be useful to you AND you measure carefully and make sure your camera's interior dimensions will fit. The listed size seems dead on, almost exactly the size of the X-A5. The stitching is good, and the hardware for the case's strap looks feels quite sturdy. Nice piece of kit!

This is a thoughtful, well made bag for large point and shoot cameras or a mirrorless with a short lens. I use it for a Canon G1X mark II which is about 4.6" W x 2.9" H x 2.6" D and it fits very well without having to squeeze the camera in. The flap that one unzips to get to the camera opens with the hinge on the back (as opposed to the Lowe Pro bag which folds FORWARD) but has a covering flap over that hinged on the bag and closed magnetically. This allows one to keep the zipper unzipped but still have the "overflap" closed with the magnet but easily opened with a zipper to gain quick access to the camera. Very clever. There is a front pocket which is mostly taken up by a rain cover---also clever. There is still room in that front pocket for a memory card or battery but not much else. The brackets for the shoulder strap ad the connecting clips ON the shoulder strap are made of metal---rare nowadays. Very sturdy and well thought out bag, which is why it's not the cheapest.
