This book saved my playing. I had been constantly struggling with lip swelling, even after short sessions of 15-20 minutes. Therefore I played on swollen lips most of the time, only squeaking out a high C and bringing everything down an octave towards the end of a gig. Following this book and working on the whisper G for only a week, my endurance has gone from 15 minutes to 5 hours without any swelling. Really can't recommend this enough. All trumpet players should have this book!

Interesting read but very difficult to progress from a trumpet playing point of view. I was not able to get very far with this technique. Tried it for several months with no range benefits.

I highly recommend this book!!! For many years I've tried several methods and never improved the way I wanted. Right now my range, endurance, sound, articulation, etc...has improved very much, this approach just has made "magic" with my embouchure. You have to read very carefully and follow the instructions presented in this book and you won't regretted it. With patience and practice you can develop an incredible embouchure with this masterpiece!!! Thanks Cat and Geoff!!!

Taking some time but the lessons and exercises contained within this book I'm starting to employ and hear very positive results. Highly recommended to those looking to strengthen their upper register (or core in general) and increase your range.
