I got these for my mother, who is in her mid 90s. She doesn't wear pads through the day, but she wears them at night in bed to avoid accidents and is only incontinent through the night.I got the medium size, which fits her perfectly (she is 8 stone, with 38 inch hips and a 27 inch waist). They are easy to pull on, and have good elastic around the top of the legs to hold tightly, without being uncomfortable. The waist is nice and high and the top can either be folded over or left high, which she prefers. The pad area underneath is nice and thick and holds a lot of wee if accidents happen, so this was reassuring for my mother. The first night she wore them she had no accidents, but I did pour a fair amount of water onto the pad when she took it off in the morning, and it did hold a lot!Instead of having to step out of them when you take them off, you just rip the two sides open and then can remove them, which is much easier if the pad is full.My only niggle is that these are more than double the price of the usual brand she wears, and they are made in China, whereas her current brand is made in the EU, so the carbon footprint is a lot greater with these ones. My mother found no real difference between the two brands, so I will be getting her usual brand in future.

They’re the comfiest underwear we’ve tried and the tapered padding is a close comfy fit. However these really are for slow incontinence and not peeing on purpose. While they did handle a single purposeful void while standing, and remain comfy, the lack of leak guards and shorter length of the padding means these are great for daytime use but I would not wear them sitting or in bed.
