The base of this paper towel holder is weighty which is nice and it was easy to put together which is good. It won't easily be knocked over when changing the paper towel roll or just in general. The hole in the top is kind of interesting. It is not comfortable to grab/carry the paper towel roll by, so it almost seems unnecessary. The spray bottle can be placed in the center of the hollow part that the paper towels go on, but I wish this part was not hollow. The spray bottle has a designated place on the side so the while the center is exposed it seems like it's just a place for dust/dirt to collect (not a big deal, but I don't like that).The most disappointing part of this paper towel holder was that the spray bottle I received DID NOT WORK. I put water inside and it would not spray. I think the nozzle is broken. I was really excited for this to work because the idea of having a spray on hand with the holder sounded really cool. I put mine in my bathroom and thought it would be cool to use on the mirror, counter top, floor, etc. but it came broken. This is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 4. It's a cool concept, but the one I received did not work.

Where has this been all my life!?!? This is so great! It’s sturdy, easy to put together and it saves me from bending under the kitchen sink a million times a day when I need cleaner. I like that you can put the bottle in the center or side. But I keep mine on a counter under cabinets and if I used the center it would be to tall to just pull it all the way out. Which was my concern with other designs. But being on the side like in have it is a game changer. I wish I would have known this was a thing many many years ago. The only thing that could make it better would be a second spray bottle so I could keep two types of cleaning solution readily available.

I do like the weighted, sturdy base but the middle and side pieces that hold the spray bottle are unfinished and rugged. I ordered the silver, and the dark/unfinished parts are noticeable. It's black as if it's been heated, which wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't uneven. I hope that makes sense. Not a bad product, but an unfinished product. It would be better if there was a cap to cover the openings. It would look more polished.
