Replacing the freewheel can make your whole bike feel like new, and that's exactly what this did for my bicycle.Be sure that the part number and brand matches or is compatible with your existing one before completely removing your old one. Check the official Shimano website to be sure.

WH-R501リアに使えました。３０年クロス＋ロードに乗って、初めてフリーホイールボディが故障したので変えました。おそらく、このパーツを買おうとしている方も初めての故障だと思うので、参考までに交換に必要な工具等を書き残します。--皆さんが持っていると思うもの--スプロケットをはずす道具、モンキーレンチとか(玉押し調整用に２本あったほうがいいかも。)--皆さんがもっていないと思うもの--１０mm六角(このパーツの真ん中のネジ？を回すため。ホムセンで２５０円だった。)、薄い１５mmスパナ(玉押し調整用。ホムセンでは見つけられなかった。Amazonでハブスパナセットを買うのが良い思う。)、リチウムグリス(ベアリング等用。気兼ねなく使えるようホムセンの４００g４００円が良いと思う。)--ついでに変えたほうが良いもの--玉押しベアリング(よく一緒に購入されているもの。サイズ小の１８個。)--見るべきhp--『シマノ 105 FH-5800』フリーボディの外し方・交換方法 −−− 微妙に違うけどだいたい一緒
