I was a little worried about ordering the custom product as the price was so reasonable and no extra charge to customize the music box. Communication with vendor was very fast and accurate and I want to give out a huge thank you to them for making such a beautiful special birthday present for my daughter. The music box itself was well made and the song could be heard clearly at a decent volume. I would order again in a heartbeat!

I purchased this as a gift for my wife from my 9y/o daughter. My daughter easily customized the photo with her own artwork and mom loved it! The packaging was beautiful enough for gift giving, so we carefully replaced the original wrapping after customizing the photo.The music mechanism works wonderfully and sounds WONDERFUL!

Mine came in a box printed with music notes, then was wrapped in Eiffel Tower paper and was finished with a purple satin bow. It was fairly easy to open the wrapping to place a gift and photo inside and then rewrap in the same paper. Tip: the clear plastic panel that covers the photo has a protective film on both sides. The panel will look a bit foggy unless you remove the film.

Super schönes Kästchen! Ich habe es verschenkt und es kam super an. Schönes, glattes Holz (Walnuss), die Spieluhr hat einen tollen Klang, richtig schön. Wenn es wieder verfügbar ist, kaufe ich es für mich selbst auch noch mal.

Veramente ben fatto e curato nei minimi particolari. È arrivato già avvolto nella sua confezione regalo (cosa veramente gradita) protetta da consono imballaggio. Il venditore molto gentile e disponibile a tutte le richieste di personalizzazione. Molto, molto soddisfatta!
