Istruzioni per la manutenzione rapida dell'obiettivo (solo per riferimento):
1. Rimuovere tutte le crepe e i detriti intorno all'area danneggiata.
2. Pulire accuratamente l'area intorno all'obiettivo con un panno asciutto o un tovagliolo di carta.
3. Posizionare il pannello sull'area danneggiata per determinare le dimensioni del pannello di riparazione dell'obiettivo. Posizionare i vetri 1/2 pollice sopra il ginocchio su tutti i lati del telaio danneggiato. Se la dimensione selezionata deve essere inferiore, tagliare lungo le linee della griglia interna.
4. Rimuovere il rivestimento dal pannello e centrarlo sull'area da riparare. Premere il pannello sulla lente e far scorrere le dita lungo i bordi per garantire una buona adesione.

The side repeater indicator lens on my Saab got broken, they aren't easy to source so this kit seemed like a good way to fix the problem.There are three sheets in the set, clear, red and amber and they have sticky backs to keep the repair in place. They are easy to cut to size with a pair of scissors.They are stiff at normal temperatures, but if they need to be bent to fit around curved lenses they can be made quite flexible by heating them. I used a heat gun on its lowest setting, which softened it enough to allow me to shape it. It is worth noting that it cools and stiffens back up very quickly, so I stuck one end of the repair in place, heated it up and bent it to shape in situ.The adhesive seems very strong and so far has kept the repair in place very securely. It isn't an invisible repair, but it does keep the weather out of the light fitting and off the bulb, and it looks better than a hole!

This pack has three sheets of textured and coloured plastic which is easily cut to size. It has a sticky backing which is decent enough on smooth plastic, but may not hold so well if your old lens has a textured outer surface.Key is getting the lens really clean and dry - something you may not be able to do if using this when out and about. It's a compact kit though, so easy to store in the car for emergency repairs.

Used to repair a broken lens glass on my rear light on my van one week after use the repair kit has not stuck to the broken rear lens and fallen off. Absolutely no use at all.
