I’ve been weightlifting for 35 years. I have an old belt that has stood the test of time but I needed a new one. I was happily surprised with the quality of this belt. The back support is more than adequate, it’s flexible and not stiff like some belts. It’s comfortable and the double stitching adds to the feeling of quality.My waist is 82cm and the large is perfect, the buckle ended up in the centre range of the holes.Overall I can see this belt serving me well and have no issues recommending to the casual user.

Dès que je l'ai mise pour la première fois, j'ai ressenti une différence notable dans le soutien de mon dos pendant les squats et les soulevés de terre. La largeur de 15 cm est parfaite pour maintenir le bas du dos, ce qui me permet de me concentrer sur mes mouvements sans craindre de me blesser (et comme dirait un amis, tu as plus de chance de te ruiner le dos que de te le muscler)

Ich habe diesen Artikel im Rahmen des Vine-Programms zum Testen erhalten. Meine Rezension schreibe ich freiwillig und ohne jegliche Beeinflussung.---------------------Um beim Kreuzheben mit hohen Gewichten meinen Rücken zu schonen, habe ich mir diesen Gürtel bestellt. Der Gürtel fühlt sich qualitativ sehr hochwertig an und lässt sich sehr angenehm tragen. Habe den in Größe XL bestellt und der passt mir bei 184cm und ca. 100kg Gewicht sehr gut. Mit dem Gürtel ist das Kreuzheben auf jeden Fall deutlich angenehmer und das Verletzungsrisiko geringer. Etwas mehr Gewicht geht so bei mir auch ;) Für gerade einmal knapp 25€ ist das meiner Meinung nach ein unschlagbares Angebot und bekommt daher meine volle Empfehlung.

Good, I'm just getting back into the gym and my squat has never been remotely good as I have ankle dorsiflexion issues. This is good though, helps you keep your core straight, which in my case means I can focus more on other weaknesses. I am a small S in shirts and 30-32" in jeans depending on how much I weigh. M was definitely the right size, I am in the middle holes, 4 or 5 out of 8.It feels basic but works pretty ok, bit inflexible but that should break in.Only downside is the branding looks a bit cringe

I'm really impressed with this belt, it's very well made and looks for more expensive then it actually is. The overall quality and finish on the belt is very nice with no sharp edges or bad cuts.The padding at the rear is very nice and the belt I found was able to be tightened and doesn't shift much when lifting. The belt buckle is massive and allows a good even spread of pressure around the belt leading to no sore spots.The holes are quite tightly spaced and it's easy to find the right spot for the perfect tension.
