Yes, this works as advertised. It really gives you extra stability when you have a heavy mirrorless and or full frame camera you wanna carry using the PD Capture Clip. The system works, but I’ve never felt completely comfortable carrying my rig this way. Never had a mishap though.So I wrote this works, yes, it adds strength to whatever is behind or the Capture Clip is attached to. It’s allot better using the clip with this than without. It’s one of those things, once you try it, ya can’t go back lol.Recommended.

O meglio, come facevo prima? Comodissimo, io lo attacco ala cintura (scegliere una bella alta per sicurezza), agganci e via. Forse per quello che fa, costicchia, ma qui non ci possiamo fare niente.

Assolutamente quasi indispensabile se si vuole usare la slitta abbinata per tenere per ore ai pantaloni la fotocamera, pratica e robusta usata dalla mattina alla sera per 4 giorni di fila nessun problema

I feel that the Pro Pad makes the Peak Design Capture Clip so much more comfortable to wear! The clip alone sits too close to my waist and the camera isn't located where I want it to be. With the Pro Pad, everything just hangs a little better making it a must have!

Wer den Capture Clip am Gürtel verwenden will für den ist das Pro Pad essenziell.Durch ihn kann man seine Kamera von Oben einführen und nicht seitlich.Selbst wenn man versehentlich den Release-Knopf drückt kann die Plate kaum herausrutschen. Das Tragen einer hochwertigen Ausrüstung am Gürtel ist damit deutlich sicherer.Das ProPad ist wie man es von PeakDesign erwartet hervorragend verarbeitet.

Why did Amazon ask me to rate this on warmth, comfort, and thickness? Uhm....you know what, let's have fun with this.It's a lovely, warm, dark grey fabric.It feels really comfortable in the hand, not like it belongs there because it belongs on your belt, or your backpack strap or whatnot, but when I'm sliding my belt through it to get ready to carry my DSLR around at the ready..... goodness is it comfortable.Whatever they put in the back to stiffen it up has a perfect thickness to stiffen it.Ok that was fun but;The Capture Clip is like, like what I've always been waiting for, but never knew I needed it until I got one. Of course mounting it to your belt, sideways, is freaking super annoying. Drawing your camera one handed, awful. Putting the camera back o your belt sideways, awful. Having a reasonably weighty camera attached to the Capture Clip on a backpack strap, not bad really.Put the Pro Pad on there......that thick, warm, comfortable Pro Pad, well look out world. It does the following amazing things;Drops your camera down a little lower off of your belt. Now I can actually wear a flannel or other shirt and easily access my camera. Nothing is cooler than an aging hipster who can draw his DSLR the fastest during a high noon landscape shoot.Allows for real, easy, one handed access off of your hip. Now the quick release pin is right where my pinky wants to go. My eye says "wow, this could be a reat photo" and somehow my camera is just in my hands. Then when I'm done, it just slides straight down into the clip. Doing this all sideways is a stellar pain the tuckus.Adds firmness with its 5 star thickness to any mounting situation. Like let's say you pop the Capture Clip onto the shoulder strap of your goofy old Domke J-bag because you want to relive your glory days of backpacking overseas. You try to tug your camera out of the clip and the clip wiggles a bit, flexes the strap and whatnot. Pro Pad + thickness + stiffness = comfort and warmth at 5 star levels.tldr: if you're gonna hang your camera on your hip, get this. Gonna put it anywhere else, you might not need it.

Intanto complimenti per la consegna lampo. Per quanto riguarda l’oggetto lo consiglio, 5 stelle perché: senza questo alla cintura la reflex era scomoda, con lui risulta comodissimo. Qualità/prezzo forse l’ho trovato un po’ costoso, ma effettivamente i materiali sembrano indistruttibili, appare molto robusto e spero sia duraturo come immagino.

Un po' costoso ma usato in viaggio di nozze abbinato al peak design v3 per mi son trovato davvero bene e rende comodo il trasporto della macchina fotografica

Ho acquistato il prodotto grazie ad una buona offerta in qunato trovo il prezzo di listino troppo elevato come per molti dei prodotti Peak Design .Il pro pad v2 va usato in accoppiata al Peak Design Capture e si rivela comodo e stabile, molto di più dell'utilizzo su sola cintura.Le finiture sono buone e anche i materiali, a distanza di mesi, sembrano sopportare bene lo stress.L'unica pecca per me è , essendo rigido, la scomodità quando ci si deve sedere spesso e che rende inaccessibile, o quasi, una delle due tasche dei pantaloni ( con quasi tutti i modelli in mio possesso) .

aumenta drasticamente il comfort di utilizzo della piastra peak design alla cintura e la stabilità della camera. qualità costruttiva eccellente. costa tanto ma a mio parere ne vale la pena

In se il prodotto è ottimo e davvero ben fatto, ottimi materiali e cuciture, regge tranquillamente una D800 con 70-200 montato (siamo sui 2,5 kg)...però la sua utilità io l'ho riscontrata solo da usare su una cintura e a dirla tutta, non è esattamente comoda una reflex con obiettivo penzolante a ogni passo sul bacino (nemmeno se è leggera e poco ingombrante). La sua vera utilità che ho riscontrato è nel momento in cui si è fermi e o per far riposare il braccio-mano o per cambiare obiettivo, poter "appoggiare" in sicurezza la fotocamera alla cintura è molto comodo. A questo punto il discorso è il prezzo, per nulla economico...a voi la decisione se ne val la pena
