This is a pack of 4 sheets suitable for laser engraving.I'm a bit of a crafter/hobbyist and I have a DIY type otur laser engraver - not overly powerful but enough for working with this material.They're not all that thick, so they are a bit flexible. Removing the protective film reveals a smooth surface - I wasn't too sure if I should remove it before or after engraving, but I assumed before.So far I have only done a test engrave, sacrificing one sheet to determine speed/power levels needed. One level burned the surface, others which work on wood had no effect, and I did find a good power/speed combo which engraved a neat square so I know I can proceed on that basis.I don't think you could use these sheets for anything other than solid engraving - you can't really achieve greyscales with it (unless I am mistaken).I am using the remaining sheets to design some signs which should be safe for outdoor use. I am using the gold side as the front - I assume you could also use them the reverse way around and cut through the black side to reveal gold but my test on the same power didn't cut through. As I wanted the gold front facing I didn't keep testing this - I'm not sure if one layer is thicker than the other.If you have a laser engraver you'll know to be aware of fumes - lasering these plastic sheets smells BAADDDD so I took my craft table outside and set the engraver up in the garden. Just being near to check on it was unpleasant - the vapour would be toxic - so you really don't want to allow the fumes into your home or workspace. AT a bit under £5 a sheet the price tag is not prohibitive as you could create some effective signs/designs with the two layered options available, including some with colours. I would consider using these again for other projects.

La couche d’alu est très fine, se grave facilement avec un laser diode 4w à longue focale à 50% de puissance avec un déplacement à 3000m/s sinon ça prend feu (photo 2)
