Hasta ahora, siempre hacía las tortitas en una sartén normal, y la verdad que muchas veces acababan pegadas y no quedaban bien del todo, por lo que esta sartén me ha venido de maravilla. Me gusta mucho que distribuye uniformemente y quedan exactamente igual por todos los lados, las tortitas quedan perfectamente doradas y uniformes, algo que antes me costaba conseguir.La sartén cuenta con un revestimiento antiadherente sin PFOA y funciona de maravilla. Incluso si no echas suficiente aceite o mantequilla en la superficie, nada se pega. Esto no solo hace que las tortitas queden perfectas sino que la limpieza posterior sea súper rápida, eso sí, no aconsejo meterla en el lavavajillas para preservar el revestimiento.Por otro lado, el diseño con dos alturas diferentes:está muy bien pensado, la parte alta evita que la masa se derrame, mientras que la parte más baja facilita muchísimo dar la vuelta a las tortitas con la espátula que viene incluida, también se incluye un esparcidor de masa en el pack que es genial para conseguir tortitas finas y uniformes.El mango de la sartén tiene un acabado similar a la madera y es muy cómodo de usar, además ,lo mejor de todo, es que no se calienta. Esto es importante cuando cocinas con niños alrededor que quieren ayudar constantemente.Otro punto fuerte es que además de tortitas, la he usado para tortillas francesas y crepes, y quedan perfectas. También es compatible con todo tipo de cocinas (tengo inducción) y la verdad que va muy bien.En mi opinión creo que es una sartén de calidad, y que por mi parte la recomiendo, al menos yo estoy muy contenta.

Rien à signaler pour cette poêle à crêpes : elle est petite, pratique et à un prix raisonnable (27 euros).Elle fonctionne bien avec ma place à induction.J’aime bien ses bords à hauteurs différentes (presque sans bords sur les côtés, plus haut au niveau du manche et à son opposé).La présence du répartiteur de pâte et de la spatule est un bonus agréable.La poêle ne colle pas. J’ai testé avec des oeufs au plat aussi, ça n’a pas collé (j’ai quand même mis une goutte d’huile).Impeccable !

The Auroay non stick crepe pan looks like a cracking bit of kit for making all sorts of flatbreads and pancakes. It's got a 24cm diameter, which is a decent size for a good sized crepe. The sides are different heights; one side is a bit higher at 2.4cm to stop batter sloshing over, and the other side is lower at 1.5cm, which made it flipping over my crepe masterpieces a doddle! It weighs in at 0.67kg, so it feels sturdy without being too heavy to manoeuvre.The base has a triply construction, which the makers say helps it heat up quickly and evenly – sounds good for avoiding burnt patches! It's also designed to work on all sorts of hobs, including induction, gas, and ceramic, which is really handy if you've got an induction hob like I do. The coating is non-stick, and they reckon it's PFOA-free, which is reassuring to me. They claim that the handle's made of bakelite with a wood-like finish, but it looks and feels like plastic. It's designed to stay cool, so you don't accidentally grab a hot handle, which I can definitely appreciate. They do say though that the handle shouldn't go in the dishwasher. However, I've found that the single screw is insufficient to fully secure the handle to the pan, resulting in rotational play.When I had a go with it, making some thin crepes which was made easier as they included a crepe spreader and a small spatula. The non-stick really worked brilliantly; nothing stuck at all, and they slid out easily, but then again, this is a brand new pan and I’d expect that! The lower edge did indeed make flipping them over really simple. I even tried making some thicker American-style pancakes using a ring, and they cooked evenly without burning. Cleaning up afterwards was also a cinch – just a quick wipe with a sponge and some warm soapy water did the trick.So, while I really like this crepe pan, the handle is a big enough issue for me not to recommend it outright, although this may just be the one I received which has this fault.⭐ Not recommended⭐⭐ Consider other options before this one⭐⭐⭐ A decent product that's worth considering⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great product, keep high on your list⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An outstanding product, and one of my top choices
