Umbrella is very nice. However, it came without directions for assembly - no QR code; no pamphlet. Online resources (youtube, company site) for the same company and size product show a different product with different parts. Trial and error made what should have been an easy installation took over an hour. The base (purchased separately) came without instructions as well, so I'm guessing the company simply doesn't provide instructions!Other than that, once set up, the umbrella is very nice - functional and looks terrific.

This is an awesome umbrella. The construction is sturdy and the color is as described. The quality is noticeable upon unboxing. Also, the umbrella is very stable during breezy days. As others have noted, the customer service is top notch as well, so you can purchase with piece of mind.

Nascosto nelle descrizioni c'è scritto che per utilizzarlo devi comprare come "accessorio": una base di plastica che costa ben 299€!!!.Mettono quale accessorio un elemento funzionale e indispensabile per attrarre con un prezzo basso e interessante per poi spingerti a pagare 1.000€ ca per l'ombrellone.Come se si comprasse un'auto e te la consegnassero senza motore che va acquistato a parte come accessorio.Tutte le foto mostrano l'ombrellone con la sua base, ciò inganna il consumatore che può pensare che sia compresaE' il marketing dell'inganno che fa affari con gli stolti.

I bought this to replace an umbrella that had lasted many years until the mechanical pieces of it failed. The old umbrella had Sunbrella fabric which is amazing and was still in great shape after over a decade. At this price point, you don't get Sunbrella, but the fabric appears to be very well made and the mechanics of the umbrella are excellent. Opens and rotates easily and is attractive. Provides nice shade and is adjustable any which way you could ever want. It was easy to put together and set up - be sure you read the instructions carefully! The people giving this umbrella low ratings because it does not come with a stand really are not being fair to this product at all in my opinion - the listing says many times and is 100% clear that the stand needs to be purchased separately. We used a metal plate stand (not the water/ sand one) and it works great. So far so good - we'll see how the fabric holds up and if it lasts anywhere near as long as the last one it will have been an outstanding deal.

Shade coverage is amazing! The 360 degree turning allows you to stay in the shade as you relax on the deck. The adding of the sand to the base was a nightmare. We had to keep shaking and tilting the base to get as much of the sand into it as we could. We had our own little beach when we finished. Once the umbrella was in place, the ease of operation couldn't be better. We have gotten numerous positive comments from family and friends. Customer service support is excellent. We received a crank handle with some minor damage. Customer service sent a new one right out. I would highly recommend this product.

Our old umbrella was due for a replacement. We researched for a while and looked into several options here on Amazon but finally selected this 10ft square cantilever Umbrella from Purple Leaf. There was an initial confusion with the color we selected but this was immediately addressed by Purple Leaf's excellent customer service. It's rare and unexpected to get great customer service these days so kudos to them.The large box arrived quickly. The assembly was relatively simple... attaching the foot section to the base with 4 included bolts... Sliding the main post on top of the foot section.... removing foam protection inside and voila! The base is NOT included as specifically mentioned in the product description but I already had one heavy enough that fits perfectly. If you don't have one, buy one! You will need it!The umbrella is fantastic and beautiful. The finish feels solid and definitely not cheap compare too many others we looked at. The canopy fabric (we chose beige) looks great once fully open without any folds. The beige color provide great shade while keeping it cool. The handle mechanism is surprisingly easy to use as it sort of glides up and down between the noches without effort once you press the lever. The crank is also easy to use although the last turn or two to fully open will need a bit of strength. The bottom crank allows you to rotate the umbrella which was a surprise for us and very useful. The various angles you can set it work perfect for us as we use it mostly in late afternoon when the sun is not strait up but further down west. It easily covers our 6-seater with a nice shade. The height is perfect and the size is impressive. It was left open during relatively strong wind last week without any issue at all but of course, make sure to have a proper heavy base.Overall, we could not be any happier with our purchase and highly recommend this umbrella over any others you will find here.
