Der Titel sagt alles. Ich halte seit fast 30 Jahren Rattengruppen (keine Zucht). Dies ist der beste und durchdachteste Käfig, den ich je hatte. Er ist seinen Preis echt wert, weil er wahrscheinlich ewig halten wird, stabil wie er ist. Man merkt, dass der Hersteller sich mit Kleintierhaltern ausgetauscht hat.Der Aufbau war zu zweit sehr einfach, wenn man sich an die (englische), gut verständliche Anleitung hält. Zur Sicherheit habe ich das Dach mit den Seitenwänden mit Kabelbindern fixiert.Die Fleecebezüge (statt Einstreu, das ich nur in der Toilette, einer großen Auflaufform, verwende) für die Bodenwanne und die Leitern sind echt prima, auch nach ein paar Wäschen mit 60 Grad fusseln sie nicht, auch die Klettverschlüsse haben ihre Kraft nicht verloren. Meine Ratten haben sie auch (bisher) nicht kaputt gemacht.Für die obere Etage benutze ich Kissenbezüge 80x80 cm, die ich nach unten umschlage und mit Binder Clips (51 mm) befestige.Zum Kuscheln gebe ich meinen Rattenjungs noch die 4lagigen Tücher aus den Amazon-Taschentücherboxen, mit denen sie sich gerne Betten bauen.Alles in allem würde ich auch 10 Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte.

This is literally the best rat cage money can buy. Great, sturdy quality. It also looks nice as an added bonus. It was easy to build in no time, probably about 10 minutes - it did require a little bit of rubber malleting but that's worth it for the sheer quality of this thing. Seriously, it's amazing. I love it. My rats love it. It's like a mansion for rats! It's so easy to clean, the doors are 100% perfect, you can access all corners of the cage easily. The undercage storage is great for keeping all your pet's toys, food, bedding etc. The locking wheels work well too and make cleaning behind and under the cage easy rather than a chore. All in all, if you want rats, or presumably other small pets, this is the ONLY cage you should buy!

E' la seconda che compro , come gabbia è comodissima da montare ,spaziose per gli animali e pratica da pulire .La prima è arrivata con delle imperfezioni, ho lasciato correre .La seconda è arrivata con cerniere o telaio di una porta storte . un fermo storto e ruggine su una cerniera. Per il costo della gabbia è inaccettabile. Non trovo nemmeno l'opzione per la sostituzione del pezzo.Mi spiace molto ma considerando il rischio che arrivi difettosa non la consiglio e non ne comprerò altre.

Easy set up, recommend at least a hammer to help but easily done by 1 person. Really lovely locking system on doors, doors are large and can easily get inside of cage to clean. Was amazed about the size, absolutely huge! Highly recommend for any rat owner as bar spacing is perfect and the horizontal bars make hanging hammocks and other toys and such super easy!

This thing is a beast to assemble - certainly have at least one other person assisting you if only for bartending duties. I went rogue and tackled the project on my own. I can see that you could make a drinking game with friends out of assembling it for every time someone swears. All will be hammered within the hour. You need at least two people to carry the box to avoid likely permanent back injury - no joking, kids. Indicates "No tools required" and they include this hateful little phillips screwdriver thing that looks like a bottle opener [subliminal suggestion, perhaps, and it's just a tease as it certainly IS NOT a bottle opener], but I opted to use a much better-suited 14V cordless screwdriver and an actual church key bottle opener to make at least some of the assembly easier and the retention of my sanity more likely. Once together, it's an imposing piece of hardware but rolls very easily and has locking wheels for once you get it to where it's going. Castles weigh less. They should make little trebuchets and guard towers as accessories to fit. Maybe even little ferret guard uniforms. Many pieces interlock or otherwise fit together without hardware - nice touch - but it did prove problematic with two of the 4 end panels where I had to enlist the assistance of a block of wood and a hammer to get things to line up and go together. Instructions recommend having a rubber mallet on hand but I'm fairly strong and don't believe that would have sufficed for the couple issues I encountered during assembly. Guessing, actually, the rubber mallet would have eventually been violently thrown thru a window out of frustration and due to the recoil and nailing one's self in the forehead with said device a few times. Very solid and sturdy once together, quite the palace for an ungrateful ferret. Get the optional Accessory Kits 2 & 3, which install fairly easily and should make machine washing a simple task - since the mongrels stare you straight in the eye like a boss while defecating BESIDE their totally clean made-for-ferrets litter boxeS. Total time to assemble: one six pack and half a bottle of wine, but I finished the other half just as a reward to myself.
