This is NOT a complete Mapex cymbal stand. It is only the top section of the stand and costs just as much as a full stand plus, I paid almost as much as the stand itself in having it shipped from Germany. Prime didn't apply. My fault I didn't read the whole ad but I wanted a Mapex cymbal stand and acted too quickly. Lesson learned. I won't return it, it'll cost that much more. Fortunately I can use it with an existing stand but even so, I feel ripped off. The address of the place to return it is in the US. If that's the case why did it have to come from Germany?
