First problem with this light fitting is the poor packaging. The first one arrived with the box burst, the metal shade with a dent in it and with spots of rust that wouldn’t rub off. It was also very late because of the courier company the supplier uses - not the usual prompt Amazon delivery. The supplier sent a replacement with the box also bashed and open but the light fitting was okay.The second problem with this item is that there are absolutely no instructions. Neither box contained fitting instructions, nor the usual safety instructions that usually come with electrical goods. I’m an experienced DIYer and have swapped out many light fittings before but I had no idea how to wire this one up and even the electrician I got had a bit of figuring out. Now it’s up it is quite stylish, looks good above the kitchen table and goes well with another brushed steel multi-spot in the same room.
