this pipe is advertised as copper coated but it appears to be painted rather than plated. From my experience this is similar to the steel brake lines found on new cars that is painted dark green. The pipe itself is quite rigid and if any tight corners are required the use of a tube bender would be required to prevent the tube from flattening out. I also think that the cost of this pipe is expensive as there is non corrosive pipes available at similar cost
