This is a small magsafe charger base. I didn't get it for my car, instead I mounted it on my kitchen countertop using the included round sticky tape -- it stays put just fine. USB connection is at the bottom of the charger disc. The charger tilts and sways on a couple of its hinges, so you can position your phone in numerous ways.The kit includes accessories, including metal rings and sticky tape to add to your phone if it doesn't have the required circular magnetic piece - my phone had that so I didn't need to use the metal rings. I use a case with integrated magsafe for my Samsung phone and it stuck to the magsafe charger on the first try and immediately started to charge.As mentioned above, the USB-C connects to the bottom of the charger disk, but I would have preferred that the USB-C connection would have been to the base down where the charger's sticky tape is located -- that would have been a cleaner install, but I understand this would have complicated the design a bit. Still, I do appreciate the simple design and the fact that this magsafe charger is very small and can fold down if it is in the way. Bottom line, I really like the size and convenience of this charger

This charger is really nice... I love how both pieces swivel so you can adjust it any time you want... It comes with everything you need to use your phone with it... You just find a spot that you like and hit it with wipe #1, then wipe #2 then stick it on, make sure you press it really good on all edges so it has the most area to stick to... The directions say to wait 24 hours before use but over night is prolly good enough... I like that it comes with extra cleaning cloths as well as extra mounting tape, in case you change your mind on placement... For my purpose I put it in my Honda Odyssey... I did not realize until now just how difficult it would be since there aren't many flat spots to mount it to, so I opted to the left of the steering wheel... It works just fine tho... Easy to see and remove... One thing I never even considered being a nuisance is the cord... With it being wireless you don’t need to mess with the cord at all once you plug it into the charging port on the mount... you just stick your phone on and go... Funny how the little things make life that much better... I recommend this item, word of advice when you are considering any mounts like this... Be sure you have a flat spot somewhere on your dash that is about 3 inches round, any curves or bends and it won't stick very well...

I really like this car mount charger. Here are my observations1. this is a solid well made phone mount2. comes with the metal rings you can put on your phone to hold it on the charger if your phone doesn't come set up for it. my iPhone 16 did not need the ring but the iPhone 14 did and the metal ring "installation kit" came with a paper template making it easy to get the ring in the right place, the instructions were clear and complete but a little small print for old eyes to read but after installed the phone attached firmly on the charger.3. I am using this on my night stand by my bet instead of in my car and it works great. because it is attached to the surface with a self adhesive material on the mount it is not easily removed and moved to a new location. but holds firmover all I am very happy with this low profile solid phone charging mount well worth the price

This is themPERFECT car mount for your iPhone! It is minimal (which I LOVE), very sleek and good-looking, foldable, and very adjustable. Each of the two circular portions can rotate a full 360° so you can face it in any direction, both left and right, and up and down.The hinges are strong so they don’t just flop down or droop on you. I don’t see a way to adjust the tension however, so I hope they continue to hold strong.It comes with a spare adhesive disc along with a couple rings for phones that do not have the metal rings built in. It also comes with wet and dry wipes and a USB-A to USB-C cord (check out the pic for all that is included).This is easily my favorite car mount for my phone and I may purchase one for my wife and another to mount on my nightstand.So if you need a wireless car charger/mount for your phone, get this one! You won’t regret it.

This is one of the most useful car accessories for phones. It makes the job of mounting the phones so much easier and safer while driving and the fact that this wireless charges the phone after connecting the cable. My 2019 crossover that I inherited from my wife doesn't do Android Auto but now my phone is sitting on my this magnetic phone mount and have my Google Map showing the driving direction while it is getting charged.
