They are bulbs and the work! light balance is consistent and so far they have not popped on me like some of the cheaper bulbs which I decided to avoid from now on.When they do go, I am waiting to see if they break in their designed weak spot or if they too explode into tiny fragments of red-hot mini daggers. I will update if I ever find out.
