Ordered this Women's Lightweight Sun Protection Jacket UPF 50+ Long Sleeve Hoodie Shirts Hiking Outdoor with Pocket for my daughter who can be hit and miss on what she is willing to wear.It came in a plastic bag without any branding or product information. My first take is that it is like one of those nylon swim protection shirts, about the same weight of fabric and stretch to it. The difference being that this item has a zipper in the front. I am not sure how I feel about it, for my daughter who has sensory issues I'm fairly certain she is not going to be a fan of the zipper and the way it feels. There is no flap or anything and it felt a little sharp to me if zipped all the way up and in contact with skin. Stitching is excellent and not single stitch. Pockets are zippered... almost a 5 star product but I am pretty conservative with my reviews.The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the price is not bad for a cover up shirt like this and some people may like the zipper. The photographs make the material look thicker than it is.

Nice cooling lightweight jacket/shirt. This very thin over-jacket is good for a cooler morning run in late spring or early summer. The fabric is thin and almost silky feeling - no warming factor at all. It truly would be good to keep you cool even in the heat of summer due to the material. My husband always wears cotton long sleeves in the heat of summer to keep the bugs and sun off but cotton is horribly hot for me. This fabric is nicer, and would be great in a lot of applications where you are trying to just get a little extra skin protection without the warming factor. It does allow air flow - so it isn't really a wind breaker (and isn't advertised as one).The sizing on me was comfortably loose - I am typically a med-to-large and this is looser and not clingy. The hood is not too large and so does not fall down into your eyes.The zipper zips on the opposite side of most women's clothing but it's not horrible, just makes you stop and think when zipping or unzipping. I can see myself grabbing this to run to the market in the middle of outside chores, just to cover up my grubby clothes. I would not call this a highly attractive garment but it's still nice, not terrible, and I like the neutral color. It does have pockets and also thumb holes, which I love for those morning runs. I would rate this a 4.5 if I could.

This lightweight sun protection jacket could have been cut just a little larger to suit my preference of being looser to allow slight billowing in the wind. The fabric is soft and feels good on the skin, but I am not a big fan of clothing that clings to my body. The construction is expert. The zipper is of good quality. This shirt should last a lifetime and provide good protection from the sun's rays.

I would normally wear a large in something like this, but I got an XX large and I’m glad I did. It fits great and it’s perfect for warmer weather. I will use it a lot in the spring.I can’t say if it’s SPF 50 or not (how can you tell!) but I really like it and I’ll wear it often. Size up.

This is not so much a jacket as a sun shirt. The material reminds me of moisture wicking material. Thin but functional. It will protect against UV rays, but the garment breathes, so you wont sweat through it too easily.The fit is good and it wears well. The pockets are generous. The price is good and I found this one to be a decent deal!
