I thought filtering paint was just a gimmick after using these I spend hardly any time re cleaning the nozzle on my spray gun you have to be patient as the filtering takes a bit of time but worth the effort I would highly recommend them.

I only really needed one, but got the pack and found them good value. I strained some old high-quality Epifanes varnish that had lumps in and I couldn't bear to throw away, and it cleaned it up perfectly. You have to keep stirring carefully to ensure it doesn't clog, as with any fine-filter.

Bought for straining lumps from household paint. I assume they are intended for auto paint but I had good results provided paint is not too thick. Card upper is thin so will need to be supported over the vessel receiving the paint.
