Excellent quality. The dog loves her Burley & is always excited to go for a bike ride. I did have to add the cushion to make it a softer ride which helped quite a bit. Easy to put together & install on the bikes. We can easily switch between bikes with the enclosed cotter pin. Folds up nicely to throw in the car after a ride. You will need to purchase a second adapter if you use it with more than one bike.

Great product. Use it a few times seems to pretty decent quality. Best of all my dog really enjoys the ride.

The wagon is fairly well made but not as robust as the advertisement would lead you to believe. After only two uses my small dogs had managed to rip the mesh on the cover. There was no point in getting a replacement as they would just rip that. I have bought a replacement that also has a rain cover ( shame the original did not include this) I will have to buy some stronger mesh to stop the dogs breaking, the cover!

Overall, my experience with the tail wagon has been great, my dog likes it. I typically ride on a bike trial that has steep hills and sharp turns and was worried about tip over accidents but the trailer is exceptionally stable. That's what matters to me most. There are a couple of issues worth mentioning. Unfolding the frame is supposed to be easy. The front and back is held together with a clip, but bringing the frame in position to clip together took a lot of push and pull. The instruction warned not to pinching the fingers, however it did not give any hints on how to prevent injury and I did end up with a blue fingernail. The bottom is made of lightweight cardboard-like material. The front corners tend to pop out of position and started to frail. I wish there was a better way to keep it secured to the frame. The wheel has a push button to attach and release. The plastic covering over the button fell off on the first trip and I now have a bandaid over it to keep the dirt out. The canvas material seems durable, but the mash windows are less so and I already have some small holes. Ideally, the mash would be removable, but it's not. For larger damage the entire shell needs to be replaced, that sounds like a waste. The back flap is closed with elastic loops. If a dog really wants to get out it can slip out from under the flap. There is no built in hook to attach the leash. One thing I really miss is a wheel break for parking. When my dog jumps in or out the wagon starts rolling and the momentum can tip over the bike.
