The product came with a perfectly good O-ring and a (removable) flow restrictor. I left the flow restrictor in place. The comments which said you have to buy an O-ring are incorrect. I wasted nine bucks on O-rings which I don't need. (Too much trouble to return them.) As recommended by other commenters, I coated the new O-ring with plumber's grease.The new faucet head installed very easily, just using a pair of pliers to grasp the metal cuff which is part of the hose; unscrew the old faucet head and screw on the new one.The new faucet is working perfectly after installation. Water pressure is fine; aerator and spray are working perfectly. No leaks.If I run into any problems later on, I'll update the review.
