I ordered these in preparation for removing the studs from new piercings but meantime just to keep older piercings open when I don’t feel like wearing earrings. These are brilliant. 100% hypoallergenic, & a perfect replacement for sensitive new piercings or folk who have trouble with certain metals.I chose the ball stud which is very small & unintrusive but stays put. The finish is smooth with no rough edges & the posts are slightly flexible & easy to put in. I’ve had other versions of these types of ‘invisible’ studs that were hard plastic, not well finished & not comfortable, but these are the exact opposite – smooth, comfortable, well made.The only possible downside if you’re thinking of these for children is the post is a bit long. The silicone backs cover the ends well though & as long as they’re not pushed to far up they should be alright. I may clip the ends of a few to see if shortening them makes them less obtrusive at the back of the ear.These are the best silicone studs I’ve bought, come in a handy plastic box, & I recommend them 100%

I got these for my son to wear to school. They work really well, and look fine. The plastic post has some flexibility to it, and they come with silicone earring backs.There are loads of studs in the box, so when he inevitably loses them, there are plenty more to replace them.
