Much better for your iron than tap water, especially in hard water areas.You can buy ironing water but they are all scented pretty strongly. This is a bargain and won't change the scent of your clothes.Great price and lasts a while.

Looks like water, smells like ...nothing. It's water purified to remove any conductive ions, hence good for topping-up car batteries. This process is cheaper than distillation and also gets rid of the calcium, magnesium etc, so no furring of a steam iron. However, de-inonisation alone doesn't get rid of non-charged biological material like bacteria. It's fine for most purposes, just not some ultra sensitive laboratory processes.

Although rain water is better, this is a great alternative for carnivorous plants

Bought this for my steam iron , it worked well. No complaints whatsoever. Recommended, will buy again
