Does a great job of cutting close to the edge. I did have to bend the sprung steel guard out of the way on my Bosch 135 jigsaw but easily enough done.I used two of these blades to cut out 27 well propped first floor joists to allow a steel RSJ to be inserted into the floor void to carry extra roof load via a post and stud wall. They cut well and allowed me to stop approximately 12mm from the top of ceiling to use hangers without damaging the ceiling below. However they are susceptible to damage from nails and other debris due to not being a bi-metal blade.

Awesome for cutting kitchen worktops, didn't chip much and went through like a hot knife in butter but they do go blunt quickly, it did what I wanted and it wasn't a shock to the wallet so I would buy again.

I needed these as I wanted to remove a kitchen worktop causing minimum damage to the units. I used my DeWalt cordless saw at a set depth to separate the worktop into three sections then used one of these blades to cut to within 2mm of the wall. It behaved well in my DeWalt cordless jigsaw, the cut was smooth and clean. I would recommend these blades as an essential addition to any toolbox.
