The M6 inserts and M6 black screws come in a plastic box. For the measurements please check the pictures. You will need to drill a hole of 8 mm. The depth should be 1-2 mm more than the insert. Please countersink the hole a bit for the top of the insert to sit properly in the the wood. You can add a bit wood or super glue (which is optional).The set comes with the two tools: One to drill the insert into the wood, the other one to be used with the screw. Once the insert is screwed into the wood, you black screw can be screwed into the insert.Material quality is very good. No issue using those inserts/screws. You can tighten the screw to a maximum. The insert will not move/turn or come out. Very good that the tools come with the set in case you do not have them already.

Die Lieferung war wieder sehr schnellDer Gewindeeinsatz funktioniert in Holz sehr gut. Er geht sogar in Sandstein. Ich hatte eine Trittplatte aus Sandstein gefunden und daraus einen Pflanzenroller gebaut. Man muss nur das Loch für den Einsatz größer bohren. Ich habe 9 mm gebohrt. In den Einsatz die Rollen verschraubt, fertig.Eine gute Sache
