They are very nice but the tips are extremely sharp so it dose scratch the top of ur mouth and it's very painful.

Recently brought these for my niece as bars seem to be difficult to find in shops now. Really poor quality unfortunately! Many of them don't tighten properly, and ones we’ve thought have been have then unscrewed which has lead to her swallowing them when eating/sleeping. Some of the stones in the top ball are really sharp which cut the roof of her mouth and others are really poorly placed. Of course, I didn't expect amazing quality due to the price, however, I did expect them to be of a satisfactory standard which unfortunately these ones wasn't.

I would not recommend buying these type of tongue bars. I ordered these and the same day I put one in the gem had fallen out and got stuck in my throat. A couple of days later I could feel it in my throat when I swallowed
