The clip that goes on the strimmer keeps coming off , not a very good design need to zip tie it on to keep in in place ! Where it’s all on one side isn’t very comfortable when using all day

There's a lot to like about this harness!It is made from nylon, has a soft plastic back and foam padding. The stitching of the fabric looks good and strong. It feels very comfortable to wear and supports my makita electric strimmer really well. First impressions are that I will be able to wear it all day without pain. It has two clips, the chest clip is a bit hard to open if you're not wearing the harness. It is not the standard type of clip (like the waist clip) and it is shaped in a way that makes me want to press it open. You actually have to pull the clip away from the harness and then slide it out. Not that easy if you are not very dextrous and I'd worry about how long it will last with all the pulling. It does work well if you are wearing the harness though, so will leave it unclipped when I'm not using it. The orange colour of the harness makes it highly visible which is useful.There is a very simple "quick release" peg for the strimmer buckle, designed so you can leave the clip attached to the strimmer permanently - this is great as I hate having to mess with a stiff clip every time I want to detach the strimmer.Overall I am impressed with this harness so far. Time will tell how robust it is (especially the chest clip). For the price (£25.99 with an additional 5% off voucher at the time of review) I would give it 4.5 stars if I could.

I love the amount of padding on this harness, and the fact it has an additional waist strap. It's way more comfortable than my old one.The plastic parts don't feel quite as good quality as the original equipment that came with my strimmer, but they feel sturdy enough and all the clips etc work as expected.The only thing I think worth noting is that the hook for attaching to the strimmer has a sprung clip like normal, but also the whole thing is can be released from the harness very quickly by just sliding out a loose metal pin. This is probably a plus in terms of ease of use, but it means the clip can fall off very easily into the grass if it is not attached to anything. You kind of need to leave the clip permanently attached to the strimmer to avoid loosing it. I'm not really sure how much of a benefit this method is over just using the clip, as it's probably easier to remove but not quite as quick to clip back in place.Overall though a decent replacement harness, and if you don't like the additional release system I think it would just take a cable tie to make it work like the original.

En principio el aspecto que tiene es bueno. La relación calidad-precio es buena también. Ahora lo importante es conocer su resultado con el uso.
