Hinweis: Der Deckel ist relativ flach, also nicht hoch gewölbt, wie viele andere.Ich bevorzuge die Pyrex-Pfannendeckel (komplett) aus Glas. Sie sind viel leichter und schneller zu reinigen als Deckel mit zusätzlichen Metall- oder Kunststoffrändern unter denen sich über kurz oder lang nur der Grind ansammelt. In der Küche bevorzuge ich generell Arbeitsgerät, welches sich schnell reinigen lässt. Die Optik ist mir relativ egal. Ich will meine Zeit mit Kochen (und Essen!) verbringen und nicht mit Putzen.Eine Katastrophe ist allerdings der unergonomisch geformte Griffknopf, wie auch schon jemand anders kritisiert hat. Habe den Griff gegen einen "freigewordenen" Original-Berndes-Griffknopf getauscht. Dieser hat ein metrisches ISO-Gewinde und im Griffknopf eine passende Mutter, sodass er oft auf- und zugeschraubt werden kann. Der mitgelieferte Plastikknopf hat nur eine selbstschneidende Schraube, die sich ins Plastik frisst. Dieser Griffknopf wandert unbenutzt in den Plaste-Müll.

Nella pubblicità del prodotto lo si cklassificava come adatto al microonde - non è vero. Nelle istruzioni allegate al prodotto lo si nega assolutamente. Infatti, posto nel forno, il manico di plastica si è disciolto.

Absolutely perfect fit for my LeCreuset 20cm shallow frying pan (toughened non-stick). It’s taken me years to find a lid that fits without damaging the sloped edge of the pan, and this is it - the right shape, and no nasty metal rim - and a good price to boot!

Premetto che il padellino per il quale ho comprato il coperchio non è marchio Pyrex ma, come si può vedere nella foto, combacia perfettamente. Robusto e resistente, impugnatura comoda. Quello che mi piace di questi coperchi è l'assenza del bordo in metallo che, a parte che rovina le padelle con rivestimento antiaderente, è particolarmente odioso perché sotto si infila del grasso che poi è impossibile togliere. Raccomando al 100%

Mi pare ottimo prodotto; consiglio comunque, in caso l'acquisto fosse dovuto a rottura di un precedente coperchio, di valutare attentamente le dimensioni e la forma della casseruola su cui verrà appoggiato.
