It did not last three wreaks ! After fixingAlso no answer from the supplier to return the items . I bought two of them and non is working now

Pump failed after less than 2 months. This is the 2nd time I've bought this pump. 1st one lasted nearly 5 years so I'm super disappointed with this. Unfortunately there is no option to return after 30 days so will not buy this pump again.

**update** changed to 5 stars as it was my mistake and didn’t realise the pump was blocked with some Alfargrog so now it’s working againBrought this around 4 months ago, used twice and now no longer works

Absolutely fantastic for emptying my hot tub — say 15 minutes

We bought this to empty our Laz-Y-Spa Paris. I’ve used it for the first time this evening. The tub usually takes hours to drain then you have to try and tip the remaining bit out so we thought we’d give this a go. We bought a flat hose to go with it (as lots of people recommend that). I would say it was the flat hose that was most tricky! Time wise it took 26 minutes. I know it will be a bit quicker next time as we had problems trying to get kinks out of the flat hose which made it take longer to get the water out. The hardest part of setting up is attaching the flat hose - you will need a Phillips screwdriver for the clip that attaches it - it’s a little fiddly. Then it is ridiculously easy. Put it in tub, rock it about a bit to fill it up with water, switch it on and away you go. We will be buying a wet vac too as you need to leave 7 cm of water (the pump has a switch that floats and stops it when you reach this level). Good pump, did it’s job and made life easier. Next time we will lay hose out properly before switching it on.
