The tracking was a nightmare I do have to say sense there is no real tracking information. But the seller was responsive. I did get worried as it was to arrive on a Thursday before christmas and then all of a sudden it kicked out till after christmas. I did contact and they got back to me but it lucky had already arrived. They customizing came out great and clasps even though not all metal is really good and tight. I do have to adjust once in awhile but he pretty active and it's still wearing in. Definitely will buy another one for my other dog. Even with the nightmare tracking.

We got this for our pup and we measured everything like we should and it didn’t fit him :( we ordered a medium and it was too small.
