Il nostro cane ha tollerato benissimo il collare. Nell'acquistarlo avevamo il dubbio che fosse troppo largo (il cane è di taglia piccola ), in realtà abbiamo scoperto che, ridistribuendo la forza su una superficie maggiore, è molto meglio sopportato. Il design è molto belloe l'apertura decisamente pratica. Il costo è decisamente al di sopra della media, ma il servizio offerto è migliore.

My dog loves this and finds it less irritating than his previous collar.I did have to remove the tag on the catch as this got caught on something causing the the collar to come off.

I purchased this collar as a Christmas gift (more on that later) but have a dog myself, so I spent a lot of time looking for the right gear for her. This collar is lightweight but appears sturdy and durable (love the Fidlock clasp) and the pouch for the AirTag is nicely designed. It’s secure but not bulky, and a great alternative to any other method of trying to attach an AirTag.Now to the customer service — I ordered this collar in late November as a Christmas gift, knowing it would be coming from Germany and the ongoing supply chain issues. Amazon said it would arrive well before Christmas, but then a few days later updated the shipping to late Dec. - early January. I asked Amazon to cancel the order, and I ordered directly from FollowPaw’s website. Apparently Amazon didn’t cancel the order, and both showed up within a few days of each other. Long story short, FollowPaw stepped up and made it right, despite the issue not being their fault. Really appreciate the awesome customer service, especially around the busy holiday season!
