Got these to spray paint my name on my road cases to ID my gear. Worked fine, just needs a little masking tape to make sure they stay together without shifting and has all the letters and a few fun special characters if you want. They are flexible too so you could paint a pipe if you wanted too and follow a curves.

I am very pleased with these stencils. In the past I've had issues with stencils that are constructed from material that isn't stiff enough to hold their shape. These are made from a thin plastic but one that has sufficient rigidity that they lie flat on the target surface. As well as painting through them, I've used them to trace the outline of the characters. Again, the rigidity of the plastic means that I can get a good outline without the edges moving all over the place.There is a good selection of characters: the full English alphabet in upper case, plus Arabic numerals and some extra keyboard type characters. I think that pretty much everything you'll need is here.They can be a bit of a pain to stack after use because they tend to get tangled up, but just be careful. A case to store them in would have been nice, but for under a fiver you can't really grumble too much.

The JSRQT 42 Pieces Letter Stencil set are decent stencils, well cut and designed. The locking feature to string them together, though, is not at all practical. It is very tricky to attach them and once attached, they do not lay flat. If you do string them together, it’ll be best to get a low-tack stencil spray to stick them down while you spray. I have not tried this but it’s worth a try. I will use them one at a time instead.Another use would be to link them together to spell your word then trace them on stencil paper and cut out. I’d do that for any words that are something I often use.They are usable but they are not functional as expected by the concept presented.
